21West Remodeling is owned and led by Kai Cook, who has worked as an independent contractor since 2012 for homeowners across Southeastern Wisconsin.
That means the person you meet at the first conversation is the same person accountable for the work. Kai brings practical construction knowledge to every project: how a house is put together, what a change will really involve, and where the details deserve extra care.

Codes, Permits & Inspections
We plan work with the applicable local requirements in mind and coordinate permits and municipal inspections where they are required. Approval always rests with the local inspector, and we respect that process.
